3.Related Party Transactions
During the year, a loan of £4,900 was advanced to Mr James Pollock, a director and shareholder of the company. The loan is repayable on demand and carries interest at a rate of 2.25% per annum. The loan will be fully repaid within nine months of the year-end. No amounts were written off or waived during the year.
For the period ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
