Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents Maintenance Charges and Insurance Contributions receivable in the year. The company ceased trading on the 31 March 2023. In accordance with The Property Institute guidance on best practice the service charge accounts are no longer company assets and as such the company is now dormant. |
