| Turnover represents the total contributions from residents for maintenance and service costs. The company is not VAT registered so the amounts exclude VAT. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| The freehold ground rents are not depreciated. This constitutes a departure from Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. |
