Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Freehold Property Held in Trust - The company holds the freehold title to 162 Westbourne Park Road, London, W11 1BT as trustee for the benefit of the leaseholders of the building. The company does not have beneficial ownership of the property, and accordingly, the freehold is not recognised as an asset in these financial statements. The freehold is registered in the company’s name solely for administrative purposes, and the beneficial interest resides with the leaseholders.
