Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the Standard). |

Tangible fixed assets |
|
The company's freehold title (Land Registry reference CB359038) is held for investment purposes and is stated at cost. No depreciation has been charged in these accounts and the director is of the opinion that the amount shown in the balance sheet reflects the market value at the balance sheet date. |
