The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 4 (previous period: 5).
Additional Disclosures
The company has chosen to prepare the current year’s financial statements under the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105. In previous years, the accounts were prepared under the small company regime. The change has been made because the company now meets the criteria for micro-entity status and is expected to continue to do so in future years. The directors believe that using the micro-entity framework is a more suitable and proportionate approach for the company going forward.
