| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| Included in other creditors is an amount payable to Anup Bagade Ltd of £400,853 (2024: £100,539). Anup Bagade Ltd is a company of which the Director has control. The amount is repayable on demand. |

| The company is being supported for the foreseeable future by a related party of which the director has control. As such the accounts have been prepared as a going concern. Details of the amounts loaned by the related party are in the above note. |
