Advances and credits
At the beginning of the year loans had been made to the director Mr R Biddulph of £20,871 and to the director Mr A Spencer of £20,871. These loans have been fully repaid during the year.
During the year further loans were advanced to the director Mr R Biddulph of £23,756 and to the director Mr A Spencer of £23,756. The loans are repayable on demand and interest is charged at an annual rate of 2.25% (2% up to 5 April 2023).
