1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

1a. Basis Of Accounting

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .

1b. Going Concern

At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £190,892. Included in Creditors was £246,875 owed to the director. With the continued support of the director, the director believes the company to be a going concern.

1c. Turnover

Turnover is derived from the technology consulting services supplied by the company and is recognised when services are rendered.

1d. Government Grants

Government grants are recognised in profit and loss in the year in which they are received.

1e. Statutory Information
