Company activities and impact

The company’s activities have benefited the community in the financial year are as follows: Attended wide range of programs, workshops, and counseling services aimed at preventing and alleviating teacher burnout in schools and leader/manager burnout in businesses. On the other hand, the leader/manager burnout is an emerging issue as many leaders/managers identify stress at work impacting their family life, much of it leading to burnout. Our team of educational and behaviour experts provided regular surgeries, trainings & coaching. Promoted teacher-student relationship, prevented school exclusions ultimately lowering the feed from school-to-prison pipeline.

Consultation with stakeholders

There has been a lot of discussions with teachers About their emotional literacy and conflict resolution in the classroom. Surveys have been rolled out to also obtain feedback.
