1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date, the director owed the company £9,689. The balance arose from advances made to the director during the year. The loan is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. The director has confirmed that the balance will be repaid within nine months of the year end.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 2.
