1. Statutory information
Just Safety Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England & Wales, registration number 06408339. The registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
2. Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 2 (2024: 2).
3. Directors loan account
At the year end the directors loan account shows a balance of £16,283 each for Simon Di Stasio and Lee Di Stasio. This balance is fully repaid with dividends at 31 March 2026.
For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
