The above loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. The loan outstanding at the start of the period was fully repaid on 30 June 2024. New loans totalling £2,676 were advanced to the director between 2 January and 14 February 2025 of which £2,364 remained outstanding at the end of the period. This amount was fully repaid within nine months of the end of the period.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
