The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
These financial statements represent the final set of accounts for the company. The directors have decided to cease trading and will be submitting a DS01 application to Companies House shortly after the filing of these accounts. As a result, the company will be struck off and dissolved. Therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. Assets and liabilities have been measured at their expected realisable values and settlement amounts.
