Company activities and impact

THE SERENITY PRACTICE CIC PROVIDES SUPPORT TO MOTHERS OF TEENAGERS IN CRISIS. IT DOES THIS THROUGH COUNSELLING AND BREATHWORK SERVICES SO THAT MOTHERS MAY SUPPORT THEIR CHILDREN MORE EFFECTIVELY. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025, THE SERENITY PRACTICE HAS BENEFITED THIS COMMUNITY OF MOTHERS AND CARERS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: THE COMPANY PROVIDED COUNSELLING AND BREATHWORK SUPPORT TO 11 INDIVIDUAL PARENTS - 10% INCREASE, POSITIVELY IMPACTING THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN CRISIS AND THEIR EXTENDED FAMILIES. THE COMPANY RAN FREE ONLINE BREATHWORK SESSIONS FORTNIGHTLY TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY TO RESOURCE THEMSELVES. ATTENDANCE RANGED FROM 6 TO 33 PEOPLE PER SESSION, WITH A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 220 PARTICIPANTS OVER THE YEAR -10% INCREASE.

Consultation with stakeholders

THE COMPANY’S STAKEHOLDERS ARE THE MOTHERS WHO RECEIVE COUNSELLING AND BREATHWORK SUPPORT. ALL STAKEHOLDERS ARE ASKED TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK AT THE END OF THEIR SESSIONS. THE FEEDBACK RECEIVED INDICATED THAT CLIENTS FELT SIGNIFICANTLY MORE RESOURCED TO SUPPORT THEIR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. IN AT LEAST 3 CASES, CHILDREN EXPERIENCED POSITIVE CHANGE DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE MOTHER’S INVOLVEMENT WITH THE SERENITY PRACTICE
