1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

3.	Director Advances Credits Note At 31 March 2025 Efficax Ltd owed £8,463.24 to the director (£8,463.24 at 31 March 2024).
