NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
1. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDIT AND GUARANTEES
During the year, the directors did not undertake any transactions with the company that require disclosure.
2. ACCOUNTING BASIS AND STANDARDS
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities regime.
3. COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE
The company is limited by guarantee and as such has no share capital. In the event of winding up the company, the members liability will be limited to £1.
4. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY
The directors consider there is no ultimate controlling party of the company.
5. EMPLOYEE NUMBERS
The company had no employees during the current or previous financial year.
For the year ending 31st December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
