1. Statutory information

The Company is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales. Its registered office is 27, Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

The company's principal business activity is that of commercial letting of property. The company ceased to trade at 31st March 2015.

2. Statement of compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006.

3. Accounting policies

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

Going concern
After making enquiries the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason he continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statement
