During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £10,000 (2024 - £246).  The company received repayments of £312 (2024 - £312).  The balance due to the director at the year end of £624 (2024 - £10,312) was free of interest and deemed repayable on demand.

For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
