Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small companies regime and a copy of the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 May 2024 the balance owed by the director was £19,052. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £87,834 and received repayments of £83,947 leaving a balance due by the director of £22,939.

At 1 May 2023 the balance owed by the director was £7,062. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £27,200 and received repayments of £15,210 leaving a balance due by the director of £19,052.
