1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. GOING CONCERN

At the year-end, the Company had net liabilities equating to (£56,107) 2023: (£57,020). Included within Creditors: Amounts falling due within 1 year is a sum of £432,355 owed to the Director, Y Rumbold. The Director has provided assurances that they will not seek re-payment of this sum until such time as the Company are in a position to re-pay it. On this basis, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the Accounts on a Going Concern basis.

3. AVERAGE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES

The average number of employees during the period was 2 (2023 - 2 ) .

4. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

At the year-end the director, Y Rumbold was owed £432,355 (2023:£445,922) by the Company. This sum is interest-free and there are no formal re-payment terms therein.

5. PRIOR YEAR ADJUSTMENT

The prior year adjustment relates to an omitted property and a change in estimated economic useful life of freehold property to 50 years. This increased the value of Freehold Property by £71,781, the amount owed to the director Mrs Y Rumbold by £125,218 and increased the depreciation charged in the profit and loss account by £53,437.



The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 December 2024.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements.
