To set up, deliver and administer in direct partnership with NHS and charities inclusive fitness consultations and classes to the over-50 generation. They may be disadvantaged, deconditioned, or suffering from chronic illnesses or in medical rehabilitation. All will benefit from structured exercise programmes to live healthier, better quality lives. Men and Women over 50 years old who are new to, or lapsed from, taking part in regular physical activity. The CIC will promote, encourage and run fitness activities to help improve personal fitness and benefit from the proven improvement in health and wellbeing that this brings. The CIC is envisaged to start locally in the Warwick area as a pilot. If successful this model can be extended wider over time.
