Bestwick Estates Management Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13399198 . The registered office is Bestwick Estates Management Ltd, 23 Hockley Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6QG.

The company has been incorporated to administer the communal areas of Park House Farm, a multi-property residential development, on behalf of the homeowners. All income is received from homeowners, and held on trust on their behalf, in order to meet the communal maintenance and other costs for the common areas of the site.
