NBE FITNESS CIC developed an adaptive wellness teaching methodology to reduce the number of people combating health conditions in the UK. NBE FITNESS CIC's goal is to reach those living and chronic illness and disabilities to help them improve their physical and mental wellbeing through holistic, adaptive social activities. These activities held in community spaces, hybrid availability through online stream software and in the outdoor support our community to reduce isolation, one of the most significant contributors to ill health in the UK.
