Principal activities of the company

DIRECTORS REPORT For the period 6 March 2024 to 31 March 2025 The Director presents the report and financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025. 1. Principal Activities During the period under review, the company operated as an early stage start-up focused on building data-driven technology products and offering strategy based services. The principal activities of the company included - - Early product development in the data and climate technology space - Participation in conferences, industry event and speaking engagements to build brand visibility. - Engagement with angel investors, accelerators, and support organisations including the Hertfordshire Growth Hub to explore funding and operational support opportunities. - Initial maketing and awareness campaigns, including targeted social media promotions. - Development and testing of two core technology products currently in progress. - Maintenance and further enhancement of the company's website and online presence. All activities during this period were self-funded by the Director, with no external investment received. 2. Business Review and Perfirmance The company made progress in establishing it's foundation as a technology and data solutions business, including: - Building market presence through speaking engagements and participation in sector-focused events - Establishing early relationships with potential investors, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Continuing development of two flagship products aimed at commercialisation in the next financial year. - Conducting ongoing user engagement, product scoping, and ecosystem analysis. - Executing small-scale digital campaigns to build brand reach and community engagement. Financial performance was minimal during this foundational period. The company recorded a small inflow of £50, received as a referral fee for an introduction made to another company. There were no employees during this period, and all operating expenses were funded personally by the Director. 3. Future Development The company plans to: - Move its two core products into prototype and early testing phases - Continue discussions with potential investors and funding partners. - Strengthen ot's digital footprint and launch more structured marketing campaigns. - Begin monetisation activities as product readiness improves. The Director believes the company is well positioned for growth in the next financial year. 4. Directors The Director who served during the period and at the date of this report was: Chibuzo Dangana, sole Director. No additional directors were appointed or resigned during the year. 5. Statement of Director's Responsibilities The Director is responsible for preparing the Directors' Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Company law requires the Director to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company. The Director is required to: - Select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently - Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. The Director is responsible for keeping adequate accounting records about the company's books. 6. Disclosure of Information to the Accountant/Auditor The company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. The Director acknowledges their responsibility for: - Ensuring the company keeps adequate accounting records and - Preparing financial statements.
