    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents rental income recognised in the period and financial management services net of VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Investment properties are stated at cost and are not depreciated. These are reviewed annually for impairment.

    Other accounting policies

    The accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention.
