Company activities and impact

During our first financial year of 2024-2025, The company's activities have benefited the community in the following ways: * Organised and facilitated 41 in-person networking events in a variety of locations including areas in Newcastle, Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead and Durham * Had over 1,119 individuals attend these events * Over 35 speakers sharing their insights and knowledge with attendee’s 25 online webinars, covering topics such as Cyber security, financial software, A/I and SEO as part of our digital skills inclusion initiative * Our website and social media channels have enabled people within our locality and wider a field access up-to-date information regarding digital skills and support in the region. * We’ve attended several local events and online, with the Good Things Foundation, Unltd and other service providers, to learn more and provide accurate support and sign-posting

Consultation with stakeholders

Directors have been involved in decisions affecting the CIC, we held our latest directors meeting on the 27th Nov 2025 and are holding these every quarter going forward. We have started gathering feedback from the webinars and in-person events using an online impact survey form
