Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

In the event of a winding up the amounts included in "Loans and other debts due to members" will rank equally with unsecured creditors. At the reporting end date, the LLP owed its members £59,960 (2024 - £59,960), of which £59,960 (2023 -£59,960) has been sub-ordinated. The total amount of debt which has been subordinated is £95,000 (2024 - £95,000) and relates to amounts owed to both current members and ex-members.
