These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
On 1 April 2024 the director owed the Company £4,345. During the period the director was advanced a further £7,030 and repaid £8,700. As of 31 March 2025 the director owed the Company £2,675. No interest was charged on this loan.
