The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial period. During this time the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.

Heather Court (Royton) Management Company Limited is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is C/O Scanlans Property Management, Carvers Warehouse Suite 2B, 77 Dale Street, Manchester, M1 2HG.

The director of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

The company is responsible for the management of Heather Court, Royton and collects service charges from lessees in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the property. These service charge funds are held in trust for the lessees as required by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately to the lessees and are excluded from the company's financial statements.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
