Basis of preparing the financial statements
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A of Financial |
| Reporting Standard 102 ''The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'' and the |
| Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical costs convention. |
Revenue recognition
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax or other similar sales taxes. |
Property, plant and equipment
| Property, plant and equipment are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following basis: |

| On 20 June 2020 the company took out the government bounce back loan. The loan is over a 72 month period, with the first repayment being due 13 months after the funds were received. The government has covered the interest on the first 12 months of the loan. |
