Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Going concern

The accounts have been presented on a going concern basis as the directors and shareholders have confirmed that they will continue to support the company and will retain their loans within the company, thereby provided sufficient resources to enable the company to continue to trade.

Directors' responsibilities:
