During the financial year, Miss Trans Global Organisation CIC delivered a wide range of community-led activities to support transgender women in the United Kingdom, particularly those from the Global South, including those seeking safety/asylum, immigrants, sex workers, and underprivileged trans wom-en. The organisation hosted leadership and empowerment workshops, HIV and AIDS/sexual health training, and creative events, advocacy showcases, and inclusive social events. Despite limited funding, the organisation successfully delivered most of its planned activities through vol-unteer support and community partnerships. Monthly virtual meetings and active use of social media plat-forms helped educate and inform the wider community on sexual health, discrimination, and the challeng-es faced by transgender people. Overall, these activities increased confidence, visibility, skills, and wellbe-ing among participants while providing a safe platform for self-expression and community solidarity.
The company’s stakeholders include transgender community members global south, programme participants, volunteers, directors, community partners, and supporters which was totally over 123 people. Stakeholder consultation is carried out through regular monthly meetings, both in person and online, involving participants, stakeholders, and directors. Feedback is actively encouraged and carefully considered. Actions taken in response to consultation include adapting programme content, improving accessibility of events, and shaping future activities to reflect the needs and priorities of the community.
