Throughout this financial year, Zala Wellbeing CIC has continued to deliver community-based wellbeing programmes designed to support mental health, connection, and personal growth. Our work has focused on creating accessible spaces where individuals can learn practical tools for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience, while also deepening their connection to nature and community. We have offered a range of workshops, circles, and educational sessions centred on breathwork, mindfulness, and cyclical living, helping participants to better understand and manage their mental wellbeing. In addition, our community gatherings and seasonal events have provided inclusive opportunities for people to connect with one another, reducing social isolation and strengthening community bonds. Zala Wellbeing has also expanded its nature-based work, continuing development of “The Green Den” a wellbeing and learning programme for children and families that integrates outdoor education with emotional literacy and creativity. This approach supports both mental health and environmental awareness, encouraging healthier relationships between people and the natural world. Overall, our activities this year have contributed to improved mental wellbeing, increased community cohesion, and a greater sense of belonging among participants. We remain committed to offering inclusive, compassionate, and transformative wellbeing experiences that nurture both individuals and the wider community.
