Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Included within creditors is a directors current account balance of £36,410. This balance is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
For the period ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
