1	General information

Mother Hubbard Residents Management Company Limited (the 'company') is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales under the Companies Act, and consequently does not have share capital. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the company in the event of liquidation.

The address of the registered office is given on page 1. The company was dormant throughout the current and previous accounting period.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 0 (2023 - 0).

3	Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

For the financial year ending 24 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
