Director's Report

The Director presents her report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.

Principal activity
The Company's principal activity during the year was attempting to refinance the Magazine which had been its principal function. This proved to be a frustrating business as current economic conditions are not conducive to magazine publishing. We remain hopeful that eventually we will be able relaunch the magazine and repay those who have supported us. For the moment, however, the Company remains dormant.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial year. During these years, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Certain items of expenditure were paid on behalf of the Company by the Director.

The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. A profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
