Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
As at 31 March 2025, the company’s share capital comprised:
10,000 Class A ordinary shares, £0.01 each, not paid up, issued on incorporation
4,923 Class B ordinary shares, £0.01 each, fully paid, issued on October 2024
Total nominal value: £149.23
Called up but not paid: £100 (Class A shares)
Paid up capital: £49.23 (Class B shares)
Notes:
