Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.

1	General information

These financial statements were authorised for issue by the director on 2 December 2025.

Going Concern
The company incurred a loss for the year of £15,428 (2024 £8,149) and at the year end had negative liabilities of £36,658 (2024 £21,230). The director has confirmed they will continue to support the business to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the director believes it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the year, was 1 (2024 - 1).
