4. Post Balance Sheet Events

On the 6th of May 2022, the assignment of the lease for 75 Brudnell Grove was transferred from Share Dining Ltd to Airkitchen Limited. From this date, the rights and obligations associated with this lease are held by Airkitchen Limited. Both companies are connected to the director and majority shareholder, Nikhil Adwalpalkar.

The disclosure of the lease obligations contains rent obligations until the date of transfer.

The above loan is unsecured, interest at 2.5% and repayable on demand.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
