| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| As stated in the accounting policy note, these financial statements have been prepared on the basis that the company will continue to be a going concern. During the year the company made a net profit of £72,115 before tax, and as at the year end the current liabilities exceeded current assets by £769,395. |
| The validity of this basis depends upon the continued support of the Parent company. The directors confirm they will give the required support. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents the following types of income: |

| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |

| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |

| A 100% subsidiary company of Rize Corp Ltd, the parent company. |
| During the year The Good PR Agency Ltd reduced it's loan to Illumination Ventures Limited. At the balance sheet date, the company owed The Good PR Agency Ltd £Nil (2024: £14,828). |
| All transactions were undertaken on a commercial arms length basis and any outstanding amounts are interest free and repayable on demand. |
