1. General Information

Axphora limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 12536020 . The registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

The company name was changed from Suffolk House Ltd to Axphora Limited on 13th November 2024.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors acknowledge that the company was dormant throughout the accounting period.
