The decrease in the company’s reserves reflect the planned directors’ pension contribution from company reserves. These contributions reflect the board’s commitment to providing appropriate director remuneration. Despite the reduction in reserves, the company continues to maintain adequate resources to meet its obligations and support future operations.

For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
