For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

This CIC is dormant whilst I gather data and information about the impact I can have on a changing landscape of deprivation here in Cornwall. I volunteer in different capacities with the youth of Cornwall and also within the housing charity arena to understand gaps and where 'Hope' and mentoring might best be placed to make the most difference, but due to other financial and work pressures (and bereavements) in my own life, I have not been in a position to get the Hope Guild out of the dormant position in and into operation.
