The company created a "free places to meet and work" global open source document for artists to use and add to. Unfortunately, the company was not successful in funding bids, so no income or expenditure occurred. I will be updating the company to dormant (I have just sent a letter to confirm this). I'm afraid I didn't know to do this before.
I have had consultation with a group of artists in London who from a peer group (approx. 6 artists). I have received feedback from them on project ideas, funding applications and the wider vision for the CIC.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
