RR Ventures Limited (BVI) is a related party by virtue of common control and holds 400 B Shares in Opus Enterprises Limited. The ultimate beneficial owner of RR Ventures Limited is R Rose. RR Ventures Limited is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and is principally engaged in investment holding.

During the year RR Ventures Limited loaned the company £42,996 which is interest free and repayable on demand.

Leander Capital Management had loans with both Opus Enterprises Limited and Brightside Enterprises Limited during the year. The loan between Leander Capital Management and Brightside Enterprises Limited became loan capital of 22 B shares held in 2024.

During the year Leander Capital Management loaned the company £50,000 which is interest free and repayable on demand.

For the period ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
