1 Statutory information
K&r Pets Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15607382. The registered office is 7 Moss Wood Court, New Broughton, Wrexham, Clwyd, LL11 6FB, Wales.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
As of 30 April 2025, the directors owed £2 to the company in respect of an interest-free loan, which is repayable on demand. No interest has been charged on the outstanding balance during the year, and no specific repayment terms have been agreed other than the right of the company to demand repayment at any time.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 0.
For the period ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
