Lawson Martin is a company director and has a direct interest in 100% of the company's equity share capital. The balance owed to Lawson Martin on the director's loan account at 31 March 2025 was £252,359 (31 March 2024 £252,359). No interest has been charged on this outstanding amount.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
