| The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of Regulation 12 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1911) and FRS 105 applicable to the Micro-entities Regime . |

| The LLP is registered in England and its registered number is OC370816. Its registered office is 11 Rucrofts Close, Aldwick, Bognor Regis, England. |
|
| For the year ended 31 March 2025 the LLP was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to Limited Liability Partnerships. |
