Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £747,136 (2024 - £14,167). The company has a bank loan of £9,167 (2024: £14,167), with a government-backed guarantee, under the Coronavirus Bounce Back Loan Scheme. The company also has a loan of £737,969 (2024: £nil), which is secured over the company assets. This loan has been repaid in full after the year end.

4	Related party transactions

The company has made a loan of £317,423 (2024: £290,550) to Nisian Monk Limited, a company under commnon control and ownership. The loan is repayable upon demand. No interest is being charged on the loan.
The company also has a loan of £746,246 (2024: £nil) owed by Freedom Property Lettings Limited, a company under commnon control and ownership. The loan is repayable upon demand. No interest is being charged on the loan.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
